Amnah Darwish

Amnah is IronSite’s VP of Human Resources and Legal and is responsible for advancing Ironsites high performing, inclusive, and people driven culture. She has led Legal and People organizations through periods of significant transformation, including scaling teams to support marketplace growth and acquisition.

Amnah’s experiences across people operations and legal, bring a unique perspective on how businesses can unlock the potential of their workforces. Prior to joining Ironsite, she served as Vice President of People at Pedego, an E-Bike start up acquired by Verlinvest, and held HR leadership roles at Universal Electronics (NASDAQ: UEIC) and Medterra. She is a graduate of NYU (Go Bobcats!) and serves as a Society of Human Resources Program Instructor.
