Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Bob is a seasoned leader in service and installation business management, with extensive experience in Private Equity companies. He has a strong background in facility management, having served with the Corps of Engineers, where he managed all aspects of military installations. Bob’s expertise spans performance-driven operations in service, construction, and facility management, both in union and non-union markets.
He joined IronSite in 2023 as Chief Operations Officer. Before this, Bob was the Senior Vice President of Operations for the East Region at a Commercial & Industrial HVAC/R company, where he managed over 1,000 employees across half the United States. He held full financial responsibility for 21 acquired companies and business units, overseeing a $300M business and driving a 30% increase in EBITDA year-over-year. Bob developed and executed plans for servicing and installing refrigeration and HVAC equipment in the grocery, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors. His career progression included roles as Regional Director of Service, General Manager, and Vice President of the Southeast region.
Bob’s military career spanned over 32 years, from Private in the Infantry to Colonel in the Corps of Engineers, with numerous leadership and command assignments. He transitioned to the corporate sector in 2015 to pursue a new career.
Bob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida and a Master’s degree in Business Management from Webster University. He enjoys spending time with his five granddaughters and traveling with his high school sweetheart and wife of 37 years. Bob also has five children and enjoys woodworking, golf, and exploring new places.
