Jeremy Smith

Jeremy is passionate about driving operational excellence and efficiency in both existing platform Finance/Accounting/IT operations and with newly acquired businesses. Under his leadership, IronSite has improved accounting and financial reporting processes, while performing timely integrations.

Jeremy joined IronSite in September 2023. Prior to IronSite, he served in senior financial and accounting management roles at several Private Equity portfolio companies, including Corporate Controller (JWC), VP Finance (JWC) and Operating Group CFO (ESH). Jeremy is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) – BS Finance, SUNY Polytechnic University – MS Accountancy, and holds the CPA designation in New York.

Originally from central New York, Jeremy resides in Orange, CA with his fiancé, Jessica, and their dog Sugar. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, concerts, hiking and biking.
