Sean Patrick

Sean is an experienced PE-backed CEO with over 20 years of professional experience in the services sector. He joined Ironsite in 2023.

Before IronSite, Sean served as the President of The Arcticom Group Refrigeration, where he led a team of over 500 service technicians and spearheaded expansion efforts through M&A and greenfield initiatives.

Sean’s roots are in the refrigeration trade, where he started by running service calls with his dad and later working as a pipe fitter during high school and college. After earning a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Washington, he began his professional career as a Process Engineer at Allegheny Technologies, overseeing the production of Zirconium and Titanium products for various applications.

He later returned to the refrigeration trade as a Project Manager at RUI, where he advanced through roles including Construction Manager, Service Manager, President, and COO. During his tenure, he helped expand the company to five locations and grew revenue from $5 million to over $50 million. Sean also led the sale of RUI to The Arcticom Group.

Sean then joined Hillphoenix, where he served as General Manager for After Market Services in the US and Canada, and was part of the executive staff. At Hillphoenix, he oversaw the integration of the legacy After Market Services business with acquired units, rebranded and relaunched the integrated business unit, and achieved significant margin expansion, earning the Dover President’s Award.

In 2023, Sean transitioned to Ironsite as CEO, where he is focused on building a national platform of perimeter security businesses through organic growth and acquisitions.

Sean also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington. In his personal life, he enjoys traveling with his wife Lena and their daughters, Quinn and Ensley. He is also an avid trail runner.
